Illinois Chapter of the Black Panther Party
Formerly known as Brenda Harris, Nwaji Nafahito was on the Information Cadres. She shares fond memories of Fred Hampton’s leadership style, how the Party gave her confidence and the ability to make decisions, and confrontations with the police, including being shot during the raid that killed Fred Hampton and Mark Clark.
